Filtering the data
With the filterColumns property you can designate that particular columns in the grid will contain a drop-down filter that enables quick and easy filtering of data. Filter columns can be implemented in simple mode where filter columns work exclusively of each other or composite mode where colum filters are combined together to filter the data.
